Everything begins with a prompt and friendly phone call. We determine your needs and mutually develop a plan and budget to meet your needs.

Step 2

Our well-trained and experienced Client Care Coordinator that is a Registered Nurse will develop a plan of care that includes a detailed description of support services individualized to your needs.

Step 3

Once we have mutually agreed to a plan of care, we designate a caregiver that best matches your needs. Services can begin in as little or much as needed.

Our In Home Services

Personal Care Services

Bathing, grooming, oral, nail and hair care, dressing, feeding, walking, managing household, toileting including using a commode or bedpan, transportation, and shopping.

Meal Preparation

Helping to create a healthy shopping list with clients or family caregivers. Castle Branch Care will help keep track of recommendations from the client's physician's orders regarding nutrition.

Companion Care

Emotional support and companionship for seniors who are healthy and want to live independent at home.

Mobility Assistance

Our caregivers are qualified to assist seniors with physical and mental handicaps with any additional impaired mobility assistance.

Medication Supervision

Adhering to any medication regimen prescribed by their doctor is extremely important for seniors. While our caregivers do not administer medication, they can give reminders, read labels, and help in opening packaging for seniors.

Alzheimer's and Dementia

We provide support and relief to family caregivers caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. We understand that caring for clients with Alzheimer's or Dementia takes an exceptional level of skill, effort, time, and compassion.

We do a thorough background check on each caregiver and talk to references to verify quality, reliability, and skill set. We continuously monitor our caregiver's performance to ensure your satisfaction. We do involvement through weekly phone check-ins and monthly in-person visits for each client by our Nursing Supervisor.
